As part of the KIA program, our team is committed to upholding the KIA Customer Charter. This means your vehicle will be serviced in a state-of-the-art KIA approved service centre, which offers the latest in technology, service programs and factory registered technicians.

Additionally customers can choose to enjoy our lounge area or free local courtesy drop off. The city centre of Dandenong or nearby shopping centre. Should you wish to wait, you can enjoy our comfortable lounge with tea & coffee facilities, magazines & flat screen TV. If you need transport while your KIA is being serviced, we can arrange a pre booked vehicle.

Unlimited Kilometre 5 Year Warranty

Kia’s new vehicle warranty is more than just a commitment to quality and reliability. It is a promise of peace-of-mind that continues long after the original date of purchase.

All Kia vehicles purchased for private use, from 1st February 2008, are backed by the confidence of Kia’s Unlimited Kilometre 5 Year Warranty.

Commercial, fleet, government and rental vehicle purchases are backed by Kia’s 5 Year/130,000km Warranty, whichever comes first.

Kia warrants that your new vehicle is covered against defects in material and workmanship, subject to terms and conditions – please check with Dandenong Kia for further details regarding these terms and conditions.

This means an authorised Kia servicing dealer we will make all necessary repairs to correct any warrantable concern covered by Kia’s new vehicle warranty, without charge to you.

Should the vehicle be sold prior to the end of five years, any remaining warranty is fully transferable to a new owner, further enhancing its value.

Except for the Kia Soul body graphics, which are covered by a 24-month warranty.
